Construction Clean-Up Pricing
| I'm looking for some feedback on construction clean up pricing. We mainly due window cleaning and pressure washing. We have started doing complete construction cleans. They have a similar number of windows, and the houses are about 4,000 sq. feet. We have been charging them .90 cents a square foot for interior cleaning and windows in/out/screens. Is this number similar to what others are charging, or are does it seem high? The homes are moderately dirty, but not a complete disaster. Any feedback would be very helpful. |

90 cents per foot is a little high in my area, but if you cn get it, more power to ya.
